What is required when contacting The Schnitzel Bin?
The more information you provide, the more accurate the quote. Guest numbers including adults and children, location, menu required and approximate dining time.
How do I secure a booking with The Schnitzel Bin?
Our unique catering agreement will be sent confirming your menu and details. Bookings are secured when a 25% deposit is received.
Does pricing include staff and equipment?
Pricing includes 1 chef and 1 waitress. Plates and cutlery are supplied; each menu specifies the type of plates.
When do you arrive?
Arrival time varies depending on the number of guests and menu selected, between 1-5 hours.
Is food prepared onsite?
Meats are all cooked onsite using our spit roast ovens.
How much space is required?
A 3x3m area is required for cooking and preparation; we do require 2 tressel tables to be provided for the buffet.
How is pricing structured?
Menus are based on minimum numbers with pricing per adult. A booking fee is applied depending on your location, covering administration and fuel levy. Minimum pricing applies.
Can I choose our menu selection?
Menus are designed so you can select the options most suitable for you and your guests. Dietary requirements can be catered if prior notice is given.
Where do we cater to ?
